Account & Data Deletion Request

At Tranquility Software, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal information. You may request to delete your entire account along with all personal data, OR request to delete personal data only while keeping your account active.

1. Steps to Request Deletion

You can submit your request using either of the options below:

Option A: Online Request Form (Instant Submission)

Select your request type below and fill out the form. Our admin team will receive your submission immediately and complete your request within 7 days.

Option B: Email Request

Send an email to tranquilitysoftw@gmail.com specifying whether you want full account deletion or data-only deletion.

2. Data Handling & Scope

Full Account & Data Deletion

If you choose to delete your entire account, all of the following data is permanently purged:

Account Credentials & Profile: User ID, registered email, display name, and volunteer status.
Saved Favorites & Lists: Bookmarks, custom list categories (Home, Work, etc.), and list order.
Support Messages: Contact form inquiries linked to your email address.

Data-Only Deletion (Keep Account Active)

If you choose to delete personal data only, your account remains active so you can continue contributing, while the following personal data is cleared:

Purges all saved personal lists, favorites, and list ordering.
Clears past contact form inquiry history.
Resets account preferences while retaining login capability.

3. What Data Is Retained & Retention Period

Crowdsourced Masjid Timings: Publicly submitted Jama'at timings for masājid remain in the app database to serve the community. These public records contain no personal user identifiers or account data.
Processing Timeline: Requests are processed and completed within 7 business days.
